I just came back from urgent care for my gerds and the doctor and nurse was amazing but the girl at the front desk was super rude. I have been a patient with Beth Israel for awhile and today when I went in I was informed that they would be sending me a bill for my visit and that they no longer are Accepting cash. What if people feel better using cash they aren’t allowed to be seen . Patients should have been informed when this changed. I am very disappointed. She told me “ that was in the past”

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I visited Beth Israel Urgent Care in April after having diarrhea over 25 times in a day. I waited over 2 hours before seeing the doctor, and when I finally did, the treatment was a cup of apple juice. I was then sent home. To make matters worse, the bill claimed I received emergency room services (apparently this urgent care is part of their ER), and listed lab tests — for which I never received any reports. When I questioned this, I was told it was "appropriate service." Completely unacceptable. Please go to some other urgent care to save your time and money.

Took my wife to this urgent care after making an appointment. It took 2 hrs before seeing the doctor. Couldn't understand the difference of making and not making an appointment, especially when they have set closing time. Couldn't tell if it's a shortage of staff, doctors or more unscheduled appointments. Either way, planning and experience should help them in addressing any of this. There are inefficiencies and ineffectiveness in their whole process. I'm not sure why it's an urgent care when there's no urgency in their whole process. They should review their process and have real-time wait time, which they should keep a look and update as patients come so that people can know the wait time time and how it's being affected as the time progresses.

Traumatizing! I came to this Urgent Care for something I know I had before and while testing, they diagnosed something different that they said is more important than what I came for. When I returned to tell them that they forgot to give me a prescription for what I originally came for because I was still suffering from the same symptoms 2 days later, they said I have to check in again and cannot give me a prescription. The nurse in her loud voice wasn't even trying to be apologetic to their mistakes. She was more arrogant than helpful. I somehow feel I was too nice to this nurse. When she was putting the IV dextrose to my right arm, the blood spurted to my shirt and the bedsheet. The nurse rushed her hand to the cabinet to get cottons to wipe my blood all over my arm. Erratic? Inexperienced? Lack of training? I didn't even make a comment or reaction on her mess that time. Attached picture after she cleaned up. But you can still see the mess Although I am thankful that they found that "something more important", I can hardly recommend this urgent care to anyone if he or she has other choices.
