We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Sammy today when we brought our kitten, Yomi. She was very professional and kind — no hidden charges, and she explained every step clearly. She never pressured us into unnecessary spending, which we really appreciated. When she recommended a certain cat food because Yomi has diarrhea but she noticed the expiration date wasn’t ideal, she offered to request a new batch for us. In the meantime, she even gave us a small bag of cat food so Yomi wouldn’t run out. Truly thoughtful and caring service — highly recommend Dr. Sammy!

We have been bringing our corgi, Scout, to Apple Creek Animal Hospital since he was a puppy, and now that he is one year old, we can confidently say the care he has received has been consistently excellent. From our very first visit, the entire team has made us feel welcomed and supported. It is clear that everyone at the clinic genuinely cares about the animals they treat. The staff, including the receptionists, technicians, and assistants, are always friendly, gentle, and professional. They treat Scout with kindness and patience, and they have been just as thoughtful with us as first-time dog owners. They always take the time to explain everything clearly, answer our questions, and make sure we feel comfortable with every part of his care. We have primarily been seeing Dr. Augustin Leung, and we could not be happier with the care he provides. He is knowledgeable, calm, and compassionate. Dr. Leung always takes the time to listen, explain, and guide us through any decisions without ever making us feel rushed. His approach gives us complete peace of mind, and we truly trust him with Scout’s health. Since VCA acquired the clinic in 2023, we have noticed that prices have gone up slightly, but we still find the costs reasonable for the level of care and service provided. Quality veterinary care is always an investment, and we believe Scout is receiving excellent treatment at fair value. The clinic itself is modern, clean, and very well organized. We also appreciate the convenience of their online booking system and the helpful appointment reminders by email and text. These small details make managing Scout’s care much easier. Overall, we are incredibly grateful to have found Apple Creek Animal Hospital. The combination of expert veterinary care, a compassionate and professional team, and a welcoming environment makes it a place we fully trust. Scout is happy and healthy, and we know that is thanks in large part to the wonderful people here.
