I had a bad experience. I ordered a customized lunch bag and water bottle. The bottle came in damaged as it had a dent mark . It's been a week since I have made the complaint but all I get to hear is we are working on it and your problem will be resolved . I don't find any progress as the number on WhatsApp also is not active as you hardly get response to your messages. This start up company is good , but needs to work alot on its functioning and customer support. I do not know what to do. The last option I found is posting the review. At least I hope my replacement happens quick after this .
