Installed new windows... INCORRECTLY. Every single window is improperly flashed. 3 different contractors including from the TVA energy rite program have pointed it out to me. Its been ONE YEAR and the windows are leaking and have mold. Water up inside the walls.

Unique construction came out and quoted a few remodel items for our home renovation and was very fairly priced and super professional. The. work they did is great and we are happy. Update: Worked and been friends or years now. Kyle and Colt are of the upmost character and customer service oriented. It has been a pleasure working with them over the years. We have done 3-4 transactions now!

Horrible construction to use. They never finished the job at my grandma's house. She was left with half the wall down during the cold. Shes a fall risk and pipes were left open and unsecure dangerously close to her most active places. Like near the fridge and stove. Employees were telling me they don't pay their workers or independent contractors either. We haven't heard from them in two weeks. About to take them to court.

Unique Construction has always done great work at my home. They are always straight forward/honest when it comes to their advice and quotes for the job at hand. My front porch and replacement window I had done were fantastic and done very quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting quality work. The quotes are are accurate and they don’t add on to the price as the job is done like most other “cheaper” companies tend to do.
