I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt strongly that it was important to do so on this occasion. I took a few days to consider what to write, as I wanted to summarise what had happened but still convey my genuine admiration for Tony at Unique Locksmiths. We had an issue at my in laws’ house where their sliding patio door suddenly wouldn’t lock, the mechanism appeared to be stuck. It was late last Friday evening, after 5pm, and they were understandably panicked about not being able to secure the property. I called Unique Locksmiths Chingford and spoke to Tony who asked me to send him a video. He called me after watching it, and then patiently talked me through how to adjust the lock mechanism so the door could be closed and safely secured. He did all of this (with a little bit of humour 😊 and) without charging anything. With so many recent stories about locksmiths carrying out unnecessary work and overcharging, it’s refreshing and important to highlight a company that is genuinely honest, helpful, and trustworthy. Tony went above and beyond, and his integrity deserves recognition. I highly recommend Unique Locksmiths Chingford, and Tony in particular, for anyone looking for a reliable and ethical locksmith.

Had the miss fortune to break my front door lock on my house in a blind panic came across unique locksmith in Chingford. Went into the shop was served by cem very friendly, professional & gave me some great advise about fitting the lock. Got home & I had an issue with the spindle on the lock. This time I was assited by Tony, who insisted I face time him so he could see what the problem was. Did as he asked. He told me, then showed me what to do. With his help I compleated this mini project in seconds. it's very rare to see craftsman / trademen to go the extra mile to make sure their customer are sorted. Company name is very apt. Unique locksmith are outstanding in all departments. Any lock, key issues in the future. I would go to no one else. Thank you Tony & Cem you guys made my day. Tony was super helpful and friendly. Call answered and issue resolved the same day. Back door had troublle engaging the lock. He gave impartial advice, I imagine most others would probablyof opted for the more expensive replacement rather than honest fix. Would highly recommend.
