We had an unfortunate water leak behind our dishwasher which led to a home insurance claim and need to re-build most of our kitchen. From the moment we met with Zak, we were impressed by his careful attention to detail and outstanding communication skills. This carried through all the way from our project start to completion, which was finished much sooner than we were expecting and turned out beautifully. Zak & his team (including co-owner/brother Jake) communicated with each other, us, and with our insurance adjuster to make the process as seamless and stress-free as it could have been. He skillfully advocated for us to ensure all costs were covered under our insurance coverage and also made sure we were on the same page every step of the way. Every subcontractor who entered our home was respectful and completed careful, quality work which speaks volumes about the people they choose to team with. The peace of mind Revitalize provided us was worth their weight in gold, and our kitchen was restored to exactly what it was before our loss -- including our cabinets and custom wall paneling! I was very pleased, and thoroughly enjoyed, working with Revitalize Construction. It was a great experience from my first phone call and meeting with Zak to scope out the project and receive an estimate through to our final walk through. I chose to do a lot of disparate tasks within my renovation project, including adding on some tasks after the work started, and there were some unexpected issues that came up through the work. The team (Zak, Jake, and Andrew) did a great job helping me navigate all options to meet my expectations (and budget), and were both incredibly responsive and proactive talking through all of the work with me as it progressed. Additionally, Lisa did a great job helping narrow down the design and choosing the materials for a great guest bath remodel. I would use Revitalize again without question, and would recommend them to anyone.
