United provides an excellent service in the Lansing area. When I had items that I had purchased while visiting in Michigan, were stolen during the Postal Service shipment process to me in another state, Ben and his team helped me to pickup replacement items I was able to find from the original store I had purchased from, and get them safely delivered to another local address for safekeeping! Highly recommend!
