Recently purchased my BMW 335i from Berlin Auto and had a good experience. I also had a trade in and wanted to finance, although the process took a little longer than usual Faraz worked through the whole thing with me and did a great job. I'd also like to mention they allowed me to see a diagnostic scan and the underside of the vehicle at my request for my own peace of mind, I definitely recommend checking these guys out if you're in the market for a used car.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Fantastic service from start to finish. Faraz was very responsive when inquiring about the vehicle we saw online and with subsequent messages. They went above and beyond making the car ready to purchase including detailing, a few repairs and oil change. Also, when I had a concern about a noise, they invited me back immediately, looked at the vehicle and made the necessary adjustments all while accommodating my schedule. It's not often you can find an honest, courteous and knowledgeable car buying experience but this is the place to do it!!
