Our experience with Alejandro was fantastic! We went into our initial call with a dream, but when we arrived in PdC, he had roughly 8-10 places for us to see over 2 days. Based on that, our dream is now a reality! We own a condo 1000 feet from the Caribbean Sea, that we paid an extremely fair price for, and have never had a regret! Alejandro was great at showing us a multitude of places in our range but he also had two extras: one that made us understand what it costs to be between 5th Ave and the sea, and one that was above our price line that showed us what it costs to see the sea from your patio. It was those two showings that led us to finalize our decision. Not only will we use Alejandro and Moskito when we upgrade condos in a few years, but we consider him our friend!
