J Paul Teel (Sale and our Project Manager) worked very diligently to 'earn' our roof replacement job. As we began to get quotes, we were decided to only be 'shopping' for a name-brand shingle, to be installed by a well-established LOCAL company. I was pleased that he and United were able to use a true 'class 4', more-hail-resistant shingle product; and to make this upgrade fit within our budget. So far, all is well with the new roof, so we are looking forward to getting to many trouble-free years ahead. It also was nice that J Paul helped facilitate our new gutters, thus making for one less headache for us.

Paul Teel and United Roofing provided exceptional coordination of our roof replacement after a hail event. From assessment, to a complete proposal with upgrades, to a one day tear off and installation, and even an extra clean up after the crew J Paul was there. We are surely pleased with the fantastic work the team did to change our roof from damaged to well installed impact resistant shingles and the color is beautiful. What a great service!
