We recently had our roof replaced by Joe and his team and couldn’t be happier. Joe was great at explaining from the start, the cause of our leak and walking us through our options. We chose to replace the entire roof. The team was efficient, and left everything clean each day. Their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. Joe and his team Diego, Jose and Danny did an amazing job patching and sealing our roof after a previous contractor skimped on the roof replacement which caused ceiling leaks in our baby’s room. They came out the same day I called to give us a quote and got us on their schedule quickly. I loved that they were straightforward with us about what we needed without making us feel like they were upselling us. Once they were here to do the repairs they provided photos of each step they took and their work throughout the day and they were done in just a few hours. Can’t recommend them enough!

I cannot speak highly enough of United Roofing and specifically, Joe. When I initially was looking to have my roof replaced, United Roofing was one of the quotes I received. Joe gave the best consultation out of all 6 companies I had come out by far; 10/10 customer service. He not only answered questions about the roof, but the financing process as well. Although my experience was great, I ultimately selected another company that had better financing options for me. BIGGEST REGRET. I had repeated issues with the other company. Joe maintained his excellent customer service when I called him to diagnose the issues caused by the other company’s roof installation. He was not pushy about United doing the rework - instead he gave me all the information I needed to know about what needed to be fixed. I ultimately had to hire Joe/United Roofing to fix what the previous roofing company failed to do and install a new roof. Joe remained patient with my questions through the entire process. He walked me through all the steps of the re-install process and took pictures of the extensive poor construction of the previous roof before he and his crew installed a new roof. I am thankful for his timeliness, customer service, and I am happy to say that so far, the new roof has no leaks. I recommend United Roofing because of their customer service and their roofing expertise.

Joe is great to work with, has strong project management skills, and kept us updated throughout the process. The service was outstanding, and we are glad we had the chance to work with him.
