all these 5 star reviews must be fake. I contacted them for a simple repair of an ice cream case. They reached out to the machine manufacturer for the spare part; after not hearing back from them for over a week, I contacted them again and they said they were waiting to hear back from the manufacturer. I then reached out to the manufacturer directly and they said they provided the information twice already. I waited another week and there was no progress.

Jorge came in and checked in the store. Which most tech do not do especially from this company. I appreciate the customer service. He came back to me and explained the issues with the tortillas machine and showed me pictures and he found some safety issues that should be wary of so he requested that I order some sensors as well.
