USS has performed multiple jobs for us. Always with excellence and care. They've helped us manage our water issues and mitigate future potential water issues. Today they performed hopefully the final bit of work for us by installed a sump pump to address the most recent water issues we experienced by the extreme water events. It took them only part of the day to expand our water mitigation system and add a sump pump. All the work is done with thought and care to the previous work completed. The work is well explained and I never have an issue contacting USS with questions or concerns about work completed. This was a rush order job which they got me in after only a week despite having a job log over over 6 weeks at least. I appreciate their great care when they quote a job and the execution once they arrive. I will always use USS for any water mitigation needs or structural house concerns. Tony is always personable and knowledgeable when he considers the job at hand. Special to Marion, Brent, and Brandon for their hard work today! Keep doing great things!

This one-star rating is generous! We are seven weeks into a four-day job at our house! The have been back three times to finish the job and it is still not done. My back yard is a mud pit! I have been informed by the "office" that it will take two more weeks before I can be put on the schedule for a crew to come back. The crew is working from their Lancaster office, and the managers won't return phone calls and are hiding behind the receptionist. I work just a few miles from their Lexington office, so I decided to pop in and talk to a different person only to find out that there is no staff in this office. The website for the Lexington office has a picture of the building and posted hours of 9 am to 6 pm, but it is just a building with mailboxes and a few shared meeting rooms used by several companies. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Think twice before hiring USS!
