I would strongly advise against using Unitrans Worldwide, Inc. in Randolph, MA. They do not treat their customers with respect and fail to take responsibility for damaged shipments. When my package arrived damaged, they tried to blame another company but refused to disclose the name for months, even after I repeatedly followed up and sent photos. Their response time is painfully slow, and the way Gayle and Cindy manage this operation is disappointing. On top of that, the delivery was four days late, and they never provided updates on the arrival. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. Customer service is a headache to deal with, and based on my experience, I wouldn’t trust them with any future shipments. If a company can’t handle shipping properly or interact professionally with customers, they shouldn’t be in this business.

I had a load refused because it had shifted in transit . Unitrans were hired to restack the pallets and deliver the load . They did a great job in a timely manner. Very friendly
