Had a repair done’ shocker needed replacement I noticed that the paint on the bonnet was scraped off same on the wiper? .The plastic cover next to the window was stuck up driver’s side. I had to remove the wipers to get to it only to find that the clips were not there? They were in the lower corner not even fitted one was damaged the only way to get it back was to superglue it in place and remove any glue off the window with a blade! I noticed that you needed to work with the wipers in the car up . If you close the bonnet with them up they will scrape off the paint. This is why the paint was damaged. When I told the fitter that I had found the damage paint he said I will tell the lads to be careful next time? 🤔. Next time. You planning to do it again really! I bloody hope not it took me hours to sort this mess out and sort the paint out on the bonnet and wiper was this a rush job I wonder . By the way I noticed that the steering wheel wobble when I brake hard? /road test and service/ that is brake disc warped? Better put that right. They did it free? Because it was done a year ago and was still in warranty? .the car only comes out on Sundays ? Were did they get the discs from ? China 🇨🇳 🤔 hope they last longer this time. In for M O T soon pray 😏. Last time they did a service. As I drove off the engine warning light came on? I went back fast! Had to go home driving the staff’s car! Over the weekend! Ok they finally fixed it.Monday. Hope they get there act together it’s starting to worry me every time they do something! I ended up having to go back or fix it myself

A Proper Grafter

I have just had my Motorhome MOT’d at the Unity garage and what a breath of fresh air to deal with a very knowledgeable and polite ( I am presuming) manager who dealt with me at the front desk. Listening to the other interaction with other customer and staff members it’s was obvious that he was very knowledgeable about the mechanics of different types of vehicle and gave advice to both staff and customers. Highly recommend and just sorry I didn’t ask his name. I’ll be back!

We have 3 vehicles they maintain. Always pleasant and keep vehicles clean. I hope they don't spoil themselves by getting expensive, as we use them instead of main dealers whilst vehicles are under manufacture warranty. They use genuine parts.
