Universal City Condos

Been living in the Pickering condos for 2 years. Great location and nice amenities. Pool and gym are a big plus. Build quality is decent but doors could be better, overall it’s a good place.

Very crappy building of condos the houses in Pickering are way better than the condos the condos have very poor lighting very small space and are awkwardly designed! Seriously from a resident of Pickering my whole life have never seen condos this bad shame on you! Don't buy don't be a sucker!

Don’t listen to the Realtors who claim the build is complete and ready to move in. The jackhammering, drilling and tile cutting noise is unbearable!! Literally our entire floor shakes!! The noise starts at 7am and goes on until 7pm. The AC doesn’t work. Construction dust and debris everywhere.. Cannot even open our window for fresh air because of the dust from construction. Only one elevator operates and the construction crew use it! I wish I could undo my lease. Do yourself a favour and don’t move into this apartment until it's completely done.
