Sheldon, the installer, was excellent from start to finish—professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained the process clearly, answered my questions, and made sure everything was set up exactly how we needed. The installation was smooth, tidy, and done right the first time. I also appreciated Sheldon’s attention to detail and the extra care he took to ensure we were comfortable using the system before he left. Highly recommend Universal Electrical and especially Sheldon for anyone looking for a reliable and skilled installer.

All I can say is WOW! Fantastic customer service. Some of the most friendly technicians I have ever met and very well trained. They came to assist my mom who had a plethora of things needing to be addressed in her home. Grant and Sarah were very professional and friendly. So friendly in fact that we will be going to them for all future calls and assistance with our plumbing :) If you want 5 star service, call Universal Electrical!

I would like to preface that I do not give a lot of reviews. I would give UES a 7 star rating... Google only allows for 5. We have completed a year long renovation and UES was our dedicated partner through the entire project. Our house has been fully upgraded by UES. New service panels, external generator, complete upgraded fixtures, switches and smart device amenities. Their management team's approach is to anticipate today and future requirements and put plans in place that ensure efficient delivery. We worked with a number of trades during this reno and UES is the cream of the crop. They arrive on-time... every time. They are Polite (perhaps too polite LOL), Clean/Safety Oriented, Organized and Very Thoughtful. I would like to give a special shout out to Sheldon who led the team on my project and his crew... Grant, Sarah, Mike M. Zephil and Quentin... And this team's success starts with their fearless leader... Mike Nicholson who is a hands on owner/operator. Thanks for making our reno dreams come true.
