We recently had an EV charger installed by Universal Electrical, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Sheldon, the installer, was excellent from start to finish—professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained the process clearly, answered my questions, and made sure everything was set up exactly how we needed. The installation was smooth, tidy, and done right the first time. I also appreciated Sheldon’s attention to detail and the extra care he took to ensure we were comfortable using the system before he left. We had an outdoor patio fan installed. Sheldon was great, he explained everything and was thorough and efficient. If you want friendly and quality work, I highly recommend.

All I can say is WOW! Fantastic customer service. Some of the most friendly technicians I have ever met and very well trained. They came to assist my mom who had a plethora of things needing to be addressed in her home. Grant and Sarah were very professional and friendly.
