First let me say if my experience with Shannon Connelly and Universal Lending on a 1 to 5 scale I would give Shannon a 10, my wife and I had a relatively long road we traveled with Shannon from wanting to finance a manufactured home on our 30 acres in Vermillion parish to changing our minds to finally agreeing on a 4 yr old beautiful home in Maurice. In the process we changed our minds multiple times and Shannon was the most patient and helpful person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Her patience and guidance ultimately ended with us making the best possible decision in our final purchase. We can't be any more pleased in our home purchase, from start to finish. I'm a 100% service connected disabled veteran and I used my VA loan for this purchase. Shannon and her knowledge of the VA process made the loan process as good as it gets from the speed of the loan to the inteest rate being very satisfying. My wife Susan and I fell we have not only found the perfect match for us in all of our future real estate finance needs but we have found a friend for life.
