Professionalism and frictionless communication go a long way when a customer goes through something as stressful, and expensive as a roof replacement. Evan and Universal roofing has it. I have dealt with many contractors over the years in the DMV, and this company by far has been one of the best. I was skeptical at first when seeing 5 stars for their rating, but it's legit. Evan is responsive and keeps you updated through the entire process. Give them a go, you won't be disappointed.

Due to high winds, one Sunday afternoon, a branch punctured a hole in our garage roof. I reached out to Universal roofing and immediately got a response about coming by first thing Monday morning to check out the damage. Evan from Universal roofing was very friendly and Quick to give me an estimate on the spot. He was able to finish the job in one hour the following day.
