I could not recommend University Dental Choice enough! I got my Wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Jickling in May 2025, and had the best possible experience thanks to the staff here, despite being very anxious beforehand. Dr. Jickling was very helpful by answering any questions I had throughout the healing process which I appreciated so much, and the 2 women who assisted with oral sedation and the wisdom tooth procedure were both extremely kind as well! Thank you so much!

I’ve been going for quite a few years now. As someone with at times high dentist anxiety I feel pretty at ease there. Dr Fedoretz and staff are very calming and nice. I only ever had one issue and I was helped with it so I continue to go. I was just there the other day very anxious over an issue and they got me in right away and was dealt with so easy I left with much anxiety lifted off my shoulders. So don’t put those appts off..just go..they’ve got an awesome massage chair there too!

Everyone was so accommodating during my visit. The receptionist, dental assistant, and the dentist himself were all extremely kind and took great care of me during my dental checkup. They were also very understanding of any concerns I had regarding out-of-pocket expenses or anything concerning future operations.

I had an amazing experience at this dental clinic! I last visited in 2019 for a successful wisdom tooth extraction and I'm happy to say that the team is just as excellent as I recall, if not better. I went in as an emergency patient for my most recent visit and I was able to receive same day service. I'm a somewhat nervous patient, but the staff was knowledgeable, empathetic, efficient... and hilarious. It was very easy to smile listening to Dr.Fedoretz's charismatic and informative explanations of what would otherwise be a stressful dental situation. I'm happy to be a patient once more and I highly recommend this place to my fellow U of A students!
