Visited the hospital during the celebration week prior the UAE 53 /2024 national day , nice decoration The hospital is one of the best hospitals in sharjah , the main issue with the hospital is the car park , hard to get a parking

To the Hospital Management, I would like to file a formal complaint regarding the handling of my father’s condition after his catheterization procedure. After the procedure, my father felt extremely dizzy, and when I informed Nurse Maria in ( day use dependent) about his condition, she took no immediate action. When I asked her again about the delay, she only performed a blood sugar test, even though my father had been fasting for 6 hours, and no food was provided to him at that time. She said she ordered food but , The lack of prompt action in taking vital signs and the delay in providing necessary care is unacceptable, especially considering my father’s critical condition. We kindly request that you investigate this matter to ensure that other patients do not experience similar issues. Thank you for your cooperation
