Today I was greeted at the front desk by Janelle and Jessica who keep the atmosphere so Joyful. I had a kinda difficult retreat root canal with an extra hidden canal and Dr David Long was the greatest Dr. He thoroughly explained in detail what would occur and the possibilities once he got in to see exactly what was going on. I was comfortable throughout the procedure and was confident the entire time I was in good hands. His assistant was also helpful and friendly. As I was leaving I had the honor of meeting the man who ran the school of dentistry. He was kind and very complimentary of his team, giving all credit to the residents. I actually enjoyed my dental visit today and highly recommend for your dental care needs.

I love the people who work on me, BUT, trying to get ahold of anyone in the DMD clinic or the grad school department is Impossible. I have called, and called, and called and left messages every time, because noone ever answers, and then I NEVER GET A CALL BACK, as the recording promises. This is a serious problem. It is a hugh failure in your ability to communicate with a paying customer.

Can not, or will not give you an estimated or ballpark price for what services would cost. Told me it'll be determined at the visit after an exam and xrays. But they couldn't give me a ballpark price for exam & xrays. Said it varies depending on the detail or length of the exam & iif "additional" xrays(images) are needed.

You can not get ahold of anyone for appointments. I already registered and needed to book an appointment for my son and they never call back after I leave a voicemail. Who do the postgraduates practice working on if there’s such a problem making appointments.
