The staff and the doctors are great. Nicole and David were so helpful and kind. And Dr. Eddie has a great bedside manner. He is a fantastic doctor. Overall I would rate my experience on the whole visit a 10 put of 10. I'm very satisfied, and I would recommend urgent care dundalk to all my family and friends because at urgent care your treated with, care and very happy when you leave. 😇

My mother needed a pre-operation appointment that was scheduled by her surgeon for 10am. The surgeon told us it would take no more than 30 minutes. He scheduled it for a day and time 2 hours before she has dialysis. When we arrived there were 4 people in the waiting area. It took an hour for urgent care to take care of those people which is fine. It is expected that we would not be seen before the people who came before us. Then 2 other people came in. We waited another 16 minutes before they brought us back. When I told them we had an appointment over an hour ago they said “we’re really busy today and it’s not an appointment. It’s more of a courtesy.” I thought a courtesy to who ? Not us !!!! Then they had us wait in the exam room for another 10 minutes. I opened the door and one of ( I don’t know her exact title so I’m calling her a nurse) the nurses said “do you need something?” To which I responded well my mother is due At dialysis in 30 minutes. Should I cancel ? How long is this going to take?” To which she responded “I don’t know we’re really busy today.” I went back in the room. She came in maybe 2 minutes later with the EKG machine. I could hear a baby crying somewhere outside of our room. There was no baby when we came in. She did the EKG and left. I could still hear the baby. We waited another 15 minutes before they came back to do the blood work. The first person didn’t even try to take blood just looked at my mothers arm and left. The second person a nurse practitioner came in and said “I can try or I can just give you the paperwork to go to lab core’ needless to say she tried 3 times and couldn’t get it. After each try she recommended lab core. We took the paperwork for lab core and on our way out of the room she said “can you still make it to dialysis?” Like maybe she gave half a care !!! But the waiting room was now empty and the crying baby that I never saw was treated and gone as well as the young man who came in to get a spots physical while we were in the waiting room . They were all seen and taken care of while we waited in the room being told”we’re really busy today “ !!!!! They are not an emergency room. Our needs and my mothers dialysis didn’t matter at all to them. I will not go back there again unless there is absolutely no option. There are plenty of options out there
