Absolutely blown away by this place . Made an online appointment on Friday at 4pm for headaches when my primary wasn’t able to fit me in. I was greeted when I walked in by a very friendly lady at the front desk. She took my info and within 10 minutes I was seen by NP Zac who should be a Doctor because if he was he would be my primary physician. He was patient and very thorough and attentive. He diagnosed me with sinus infection and wrote me a prescription for an antibiotic and 2 days later I’m feeling 100% better. Just a great place with attentive individuals!

Brought my son in for a cut on his lip. He received two stitches that fell out within three hours. I’ve called and spoken with someone three different times about the situation as well as the bill for services that were not performed satisfactorily, but have yet to receive a call back from the “right” person to assist. I’ve learned my lesson and will never go to urgent care for a facial wound again. Also won’t be returning to this location. Editing to add that I sent an email, as instructed below, but have yet to receive a response over the course of 3 full business days. I'll update the review if a response is received.

This place is total trash. I have my primary care through UMMS so I thought this would be a great place to go. Couldn't have been more wrong. They told me they have their own system and no way to access any of my medical records with my primary care provider. Yay University of Maryland confederacy! I tried to work with that, but the problems kept snowballing. So I was passing a kidney stone and just needed some type of pain medication (which they would've seen I had one if they could see my patient records). The staff treated me with suspect as if I was a junkie looking to score a hit. They required X-rays, urine samples, and some other tests to prove I had the 4mm stone in my right kidney. Finally, after an hour of playing their games, I was prescribed OVER THE COUNTER ASPIRIN. The lack of compassion, unprofessionalism, and indifference toward my situation was striking. I will only ever go to Patient First.

Belittling and condescending service from nurse practitioner, Zach. I entered today to be seen for a small finger growth that had been assessed by my PCP one day ago. Since the assessment, there had been an injury to the affected area and a complete color change of the growth. ZACH asked for additional details, speaking loudly two counters away while I was in the lobby area. I openly explained to him the situation, and he states “well what do you want me to do about it?” I responded that I would like the area to be assessed to see if I need to seek URGENT care for this or if the change I have observed to the area is ok to wait until my upcoming dermatology appointment in 3 weeks. He said once you get a dermatology recommendation we can’t take “a step back” and reassess you. Total lack of care and could not be inconvenienced to even assess my concern. Was it because this was 30 mins before closing or is that how all patients are treated? What if I needed to be recommended to the ER dept for emergency care? Won’t know because provider couldn’t be inconvenienced to assess this.
