I enjoy my experience at IBU! The professors are not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly open and approachable, always willing to support students to reach their full potential. The Career Services department has also been a tremendous help, providing valuable guidance on opportunities to prepare us for success beyond graduation. A special shoutout to Sarah, the receptionist, she is kind and goes above and beyond to assist students and create a welcoming environment. Highly recommend this university! Oh, the location is amazing, too:)

While I appreciate many aspects of this university and the efforts of staff who often go above and beyond to support students, I feel compelled to speak up about a recurring issue: the lack of a designated prayer room. As a practicing Muslim, it’s been challenging to find a consistent, private space to pray on campus. The university currently offers access to empty classrooms when available, but this system is unpredictable and often inconvenient. I have to ask every time, hope a room is free, and worry about interruptions. There was one occasion when all classrooms were full, and I asked a staff member—whose main role is to support students—for help. Instead of offering a solution, he simply said, “We don’t have a prayer room,” and ended the conversation. He didn’t even look me in the eye when speaking. Thankfully, another staff member who overheard stepped in and helped me. I’m grateful for the people who try, but this experience left me feeling dismissed and unsupported. For a university that prides itself on being international and inclusive, this is a serious oversight. Many universities provide space for prayer for their diverse student populations. I truly hope the administration will listen to concerns like mine and consider creating a designated, respectful space for prayer. It would be a small but meaningful step toward making everyone feel welcome.

I applied for a refund from the university on April 27th , and it has been almost 6 weeks and 2days upto today with no response at all. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism from the administration. We chose International Business University expecting a high standard of service, but unfortunately, the experience has been completely the opposite. The university has shown a irresponsible approach, especially when it comes to handling important matters like student refunds. This level of service is unacceptable, and I’m truly dissatisfied with how things have been handled. I hope they take student concerns more seriously and speedy procedures for everything in the future.

Extremely Unprofessional and Misleading – A Frustrating Experience with IBU My brother had a very disappointing experience with International Business University (IBU). Their website clearly states that applicants must have 2 years of relevant work experience. Based on this, and after speaking directly with an IBU representative named Mr. Viren, my brother was assured that once he gained 2 years of experience, he would be eligible for admission. Taking this seriously, my brother worked as a Finance Officer for two years, waiting patiently and following all the steps outlined. When he finally applied, IBU suddenly denied his admission with no proper explanation, even though he met the criteria exactly as described on their official site. To make matters worse, the admissions/requirements team is incredibly unprofessional. When you call, they either don’t give clear answers, or worse they pick up the phone, say hello, and hang up immediately. This happened multiple times, which is completely unacceptable behavior for a post-secondary institution. I also spoke with Ms. Rupali, who falsely claimed that the requirement had now been changed to 3 years of experience, even though their website still shows 2 years. This kind of misinformation and dishonesty is extremely frustrating and speaks volumes about how poorly the institution is managed. It's clear that IBU has a serious lack of communication, unprofessionalism, and accountability. They mislead students and waste years of their time and effort with false promises and unreliable guidance. I would not recommend this university to anyone who expects honesty and respect in the admissions process.
