Our family had recently worked with Petra and University Travel for our 10 day trip to Italy in August 2025 and cannot have been more satisfied. Petra and her staff [Patricia Clark] were outstanding and every part of our trip went smoothly due to the dedication of Petra and her team. All of our needs were thoroughly addressed and we encountered no surprises during our trip which took us to Rome, Florence and remote sections of Tuscany. Before the trip Petra came to our house to learn about our family of five and what we wanted to do and see during our trip. She made helpful spot on recommendations for places to see and experience. She drew upon her many years of experience of traveling to Italy to guide us. Simply put, she knows her stuff! Once we determined what we wanted to see and do, University Travel did all the dirty work to make sure that our trip was stress free. From booking "no line" tours of high demand museums, sites, and food tours, as well as all of the transportation logistics everything was done efficiently and all the tour vendors that she had personally selected were punctual, professional and provided exceptional customer service. Keeping in mind that we went to Italy in August, by far the hottest, busiest and most chaotic time of the year, our down time was minimal due to the work that had been done ahead of our visit. Perhaps the best part of working with University Travel is the detailed documentation that they provide through emails and mail. All airport pick up vouchers, tour tickets, rail tickets, car rentals arrangements were provided digitally and on paper. Additionally, the itinerary and provided "Trip Plan" app was detailed and easy to read, so much so that our family felt that University Travel was our constant companion during our trip. All in all, cannot say enough good things about Petra and University Travel. Experienced, knowledgable and nice people to team up with. Petra was recommended to us by a friend and I am sure that you too will recommend her services to others after your trip as I am doing now.

Petra did a fantastic job on a trip that lasted 5 weeks in Australia. Part of the time we were visiting our daughter, but Petra was who we depended on to make the arrangements and she was flawless. Thanks for a great trip!

We had a destination wedding to attend in Ireland last month and decided we would make a vacation out of it. We typically plan our own itinerary but this was different.
