I’ve been to Untamed Salon 2x and have been pleased with results. Jolena takes time to understand my hair goals and asks lots of questions. She seems to have an excellent grasp of the science of hair color and highlighting which I have not experienced with other salons. She used gentle products so not to cause any breakage on my thin hair. Jolena cut my hair exactly like I asked her to, making the best of the hair I have to deal with. I am 63 and have extremely baby fine hair which is a challenge for me to feel good about. I will definitely be going to Jolena at Untamed again.

The best salon in central mass, everyone at Jen’s is kind welcoming and extremely talented, Jolena is a fantastic hairstylist and gives amazing scalp massages, AJ is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to products and color services. 10/10 salon this place is fantastic

i booked an appointment for a haircut and a blowout. i show up to the hair salon and nobody is there and i never got a cancellation call, text or anything at all. i waited there for about 25 minutes until i decided to leave. I have something very important to go to tomorrow and today was the only day i could do it and i got stood up by the hairstylist im sure she was very sweet and would have done an amazing job on my hair but unfortunately she didn't show up! so be careful when you book your appointment!
