I’ve been coming to Unwind/Summit23 for about a month and have loved it from the moment I stepped in the door! The staff is incredibly kind, personable, and informative. The gym equipment is clean, there is a variety of equipment to choose from, I can always get on/use the equipment I’m hoping to, and the services at Unwind are top notch! I love pairing a great workout with a session in the infrared sauna or LED bed for a well rounded trip. I cannot recommend this place enough! Stop in and speak with a staff member to get a tour - you’ll be hooked instantly!

Unwind is awesome! They have cryo, red light, saunas and my personal favorite, PEMF therapy. All the wellness spa stuff is awesome. Super clean facility and the staff is helpful (especially Rae, she’s super knowledgeable) and they also have a 24 hour gym attached. Highly recommend!!
