Please do not use this company! 12-week delivery time aside, they LOST my pallet. Fortunately I located it myself and sorted delivery on my own. I have all correspondence saved and am happy to share how incredibly awful, unprofessional, and stressful the entire situation was! Join the Americans Moving to Ireland Facebook group to see more horror stories about Upak. Use ANYONE else! I am looking into how to take legal action against Upak for all of the additional costs (not to mention emotional damages) that were incurred due to the LOSS OF MY PALLET!
We used UPakWeShip to move our belongings from Denver, CO to London. We had to downsize significantly and they offered the best value for money for just shipping boxes. Communication was great; the crate kit was delivered as scheduled, pickup occurred as scheduled. Overall took about 4 weeks to get our boxes. Charges were as disclosed. Overall great experience, recommend to anyone.
