I've experienced a bit of a saga involving woes with Uplink provided routers, but today I was cold called and offered a new router at no additional charge. Techs and other personnel with Uplink have typically been courteous.

Made the switch to UpLink Fibre a couple of months ago. Ran into a hiccup during installation because of my house layout, and the install tech was more than willing to help figure out a work-a-round. Once installed, nearly everything has been perfect. Reliability stayed the same, but the speeds are far better. I was experiencing slight ping issues with a program, but after contacting the support team, they were able to perform some troubleshooting and get everything back to normal within a day or two. Couldn't be more pleased with the service so far!

My wife and I chose uplink for our house in the country and they have been fantastic. Our signal and speed are stronger than we are paying for and we have a had a great experience. We had an issue with lag on my Xbox when I’d play online games and the team were super helpful in getting this issue solved and were happy to try everything they could think of to fix the issue. They’ve been a pleasure to work with.
