Terrible experience having used GHPS for years. GHPS missed two appointments on two different days when they were supposed to undertake a boiler service, resulting in us waiting in all day on two different occasions and having to chase for updates, receiving virtually no information on what was happening. I realise things happen but what was so frustrating was to be told repeatedly they were coming, then not turning up and not answering my calls.

Despite a busy schedule, they were able to squeeze us in the same day to disconnect our gas cooker and safely blank off the supply.
