Nick and his team are simply amazing at the downtown store. This is my second time dropping by, this time I was taking my Keb for repairs, I ended up purchasing two more jackets and apparently they preferred to exchange my Keb for a new one since it could not be properly repaired. They gave me a fair deal on my jackets also they are sending some extra zipper tags by mail as per my request since I left my other once on the old jacket by accident. Thanks for the wonderful product and excellent service Nick and team. Cheers !

I just had my Greenland Jeans repaired after I blew out the crotch area and these guys did a fantastic job repairing them. I brought in two pairs with the same issue and they repaired both as well as replaced a button I had ripped off a year or so ago. Great service , friendly staff. In an era where customer service feels to be severely lacking it makes me want to go back to a place that shows the customer matters to them. I’ll be back for more pants
