I wish I could give a 0 star. Worst delivery service i have seen in my life. second time this has happened to that the parcel was suppose to come around 12pm - 2pm. They pushed the delivery all day and at the end they said, delivery attempted. I had to wait for the UPS truck to come all day and not be able to do any other work. Last time I had to call them and waited for few hours before I could get hold of any agent. If UPS cannot provide good service, they should shut down the service in the region. They do not support store pick up and nearby UPS location drop off. I have no words to express the disappointment and frustration

This company is terrible, useless people. Staff is horrible. Took the afternoon off work to receive a package that I need to be home. Supposed to be delivered between 11:15 and 3:15pm. Called customer service and after 10 minutes of AI crap finally got through to a customer service person who tells me that my package is running late and I should have checked the tracking system and that way I would have known. Interesting they tell me that now when I'm on the phone, in the past 3 days I have received 4 different emails to keep me informed of my delivery but when it's late they forgot who I was. I ask the person on the phone to speak to a manager or supervisor and he tells asked me why I want to escalate the situation? And then tells me none are available please call back later. After all of this he then asks can I help you with anything else...... YES DELIVER MY PACKAGE WHEN PROMISED! USE ANY OTHER COMPANY!!!!!!!!

UPS driver blatantly disregarded both of my doorbells and simply left a note saying an attempt was made. Absolutely pathetic customer service from this company. I have video footage of the delivery driver not even bothering to ring my doorbell. Simply just showed up to stick a note and left. Contacted customer service and they said there is nothing they can do.

I had a horrible experience with UPS. I had a delivery from Costco that I was waiting on. The first day that it was supposed to be delivered, I made sure someone was home all day and watching for it. I received a delivery attempted notification but no one had knocked on my door (I have very knock reactive dogs) and there was no paper notice left. The second day, the same thing happened - I had someone home all day and this time I was in the driveway of my home getting home from work when they supposedly attempted to deliver. Again, no knock and no paper notice. I called customer service and they could not tell me why they were not able to complete delivery and could not add that they call my phone number if they could not deliver the next time. They could only say that it would definitely be delivered the next day for sure and continue to say that the driver did try to deliver my packages. Today, sure enough, delivery was completed just fine, no signature required or anything. Why couldn't the packages just be left on my porch the first two attempted deliveries if they didn't need a signature? I honestly don't think that the driver even attempted to deliver the first two days. If they couldn't make it that day - that's fine, just say that it needed to be rescheduled due to running out of time that day or something. Don't gaslight me and say that they absolutely tried to deliver and the missed delivery was my fault when it 100% was not.
