CristalI had a disappointing experience at this HomeGoods location. The person who seemed to be the manager was very rude, didn’t greet me, and showed no customer service. She didn’t ask if I needed help or if I found everything okay, making me feel unwelcome. It’s disappointing to see this level of service from management. Definitely not worth returning when other stores provide a much better experience.
