I just went to this pharmacy to get a prescription. I was told I would have to book an appointment to get the prescription for what I need, but then the man refused to book me the appointment. He said it would be “more convenient” if I went elsewhere. He wouldn’t give me any available dates. Pharmacists can prescribe what i was looking for, which I know, because it was literally stated on a poster inside the pharmacy itself. I pointed to that sign but he still told be to go make an appointment with a doctor. It was a really weird interaction and I left without what I need. I have no family doctor so I will just try a different pharmacy. I found it quite rude.

I recently made uptown pharmacy my main location for prescriptions and medications. So far my experience with the pharmacist has been great, very helpful explaining my options so that I fully understand and can make the best choice for my family. 100% would recommend

We have been very happy with Uptown pharmacy since switching from our old provider. It was actually very easy too. There is certainly more care and attention from a local pharmacy. They have been very accommodating to my unorganized last minute prescription requests. I highly recommend Uptown.
