I am writing to report an incident involving one of your drivers. The driver attempted to cut me off to avoid waiting in line like everyone else. Ultimately, he could have stayed in his lane since he wasn’t making a U-turn. I had no prior dealings with your company, but seeing a yellow sign on the back of the car asking if the driver is driving safely, with no option to report such behavior directly, is concerning. Your operator does not answer calls, and your voicemail is full. This lack of response reflects poorly on your company and suggests that future interactions would be similarly frustrating. As I couldn’t reach you, I will write about this incident in a review

I have rented from them twice, excellent service. I highly recommend them as an option. since their rates are good compared to the other companies , a vast varieties of vehichels, and the clear deposit policy.
