I called to request a rebooking for my hotel accommodation, but unfortunately, this was the only hotel that refused to amend my request. They even suggested that I either come immediately or not have the room at all. I was shocked by how terrible the staff responded—he even sounded more pissed off than I was, despite the fact that I was the paying customer who never even had the chance to stay. What a complete waste of money.

Omg what a change of experience! What started in one terrible experience it ended up in a lovely and most kindness experience! Please please forget the imperfections just love the people they are awesome! The lovely Philippine lady she was super kind. I will never forget this.
