I bought 2 mattresses from them. At the time of their purchase, I was told about warranty but honestly they should tell it’s super hard to claim warranty and one can hardly qualify …it’s just for the name. The guy who I was talking now was guiding me and was nice but a direct mentioning in beginning when I was buying would have been much appreciated. He did ask me questions to guide me but was of no use. I did have back and forth email conversation with him where he asked me to use a thread and try to show the dip. I showed him pics but at end, he was like this won’t approve for claim by manufacture as indentation has to be 2.5 inch. When I sleep on mattress the dip is there more than 2.5 inch and on sides you can see the mattress is pretty in and seems like broken. I bought mattress in 2021 and in 4 years the mattress is not even worth sleeping on. So I will not recommend buying a crown jewel mattress(divine is a local manufacturer for them) at all as that mattress won’t last even 4 years. And I feel the salespersons shouldn’t pitch about warranty at all as it’s of no use and my back hurts badly while sleeping on this mattress. In short I won’t trust any salesperson who works here.

Everything is fine till the time you have to claim warranty for anything! It looks like it seems to be a common problem after reading all the 1 star reviews here. In my case, got 2 twins which started tearing from the corners within 6 months. Was asked to share pics upon which got a reply saying this isn't a manufacturing defect but tore because we pulled it here n there! Firstly, no sane people sit and do this. Secondly, even if someone lifts the mattress it shouldn't tear like this. It's not like the mattress is heavy or anything. It is quite lightweight and therefore the stitches coming off is definitely a manufacturing defect. The solution offered was to take the mattress to their Mississauga factory and get it restitched for a fee, which will involve hiring a small uhaul, transporting the mattress and having to pay extra for stitching which shouldn't have torn in the first place! This happened with both our mattresses. Was thinking of replacing my other mattresses at home, but surely not going to do the same mistake! Avoid buying mattresses from here is my recommendation!
