I have never been more disappointed with service. We purchased our new dining set November 28th, told 3-4 weeks delivery with no guarantee for Christmas which was fine. We get an email on December 11th saying our order had been received in the warehouse and we would receive a call within 72 hours to arrange delivery. Six days pass, I call for an update, I’m told They will get back to me. No one gets back to me.. I call again the next day they tell me they’re gonna get back to me, no one gets back to me. I call one more time. I finally get somebody on the phone who is higher up in customer service to be told that my order will not be available until February. When we ordered, we were told there were seven in stock in the BC warehouse, all was good. Now I find out that my six chairs are in the warehouse, but the table is back ordered, they’ve already taken all of my money for this order yet they can’t send me the chairs until the table arrives. Extremely frustrated to say the least.
My boyfriend and I had such a great experience working with Lynne! She was so helpful in guiding us through the process of choosing a few large furniture pieces for our home and made the whole experience stress free and enjoyable. We couldn’t be happier with our purchases and the service she provided!
Taylor was amazing ! I had so much fun designing my new living room with her . She asked me about my fabrics and colours and then came up with all my accessories. I’ve used Urban barn over the years for mirrors, rugs, and all sorts of accessories. But this was the first time I felt like I got professional designer advice. She truly is great at her job ! Thank you Taylor so much , I love the way it all came together.
