Update. Giving this 3 starts from 1 as the Employees who delivered the bed were amazing. Thanks guys. This company needs a different up front / Scheduling person though. Leaving this review before they have even delivered our new bed. This place is a joke. The guy on the phone is rude and no social skills whatsoever. Company could not provide any sort of delivery window, just kept saying they would call Friday and confirm. Saying they need to appease all their customers. I have no idea what that means but it meant something special to this guy. Ended up calling the bed company to get them to do something. Finally got them to confirm that it will be before 2pm, but they will call us Friday to confirm a 3 hour window. No call at all. Big surprise. I called? Mailbox full, no surprise. I would not recommend this company to manage or move my dogs bowel movements. I am actually nervous about letting these people in my house, based on our experience. 0 stars.

Just had a furniture delivery by Urban Courier. Matt and Thomas were very efficient and professional and careful not to create any damage. They called ahead to let us know they were nearby, and were very courteous when here.
