The service was exceptional. The staff was friendly, attentive, and eager to make sure my order was just right. Despite the lunchtime rush, my food was prepared quickly, and the staff maintained a positive and professional attitude throughout. The food was absolutely delicious! I ordered a stuffed chicken with fries and the ultimate Mac n cheese with chicken, and everything was fresh and flavorful. Everything was juicy, perfectly cooked, and loaded with fresh toppings. The fries were crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and seasoned to perfection. I also appreciated the variety on the menu. Another highlight was the value for money. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food

Whether you’re dining with family, friends, or colleagues, the setting enhances the overall experience. The food itself is quite good, with well-balanced flavors and high-quality ingredients. While everything we tried was enjoyable, the highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the Cordon Chicken. It was cooked to perfection, with a crispy outer layer and a deliciously cheesy, flavorful filling inside. If you visit, this dish is a must-try! The menu offers a decent variety of dishes, catering to different tastes, though the prices are on the higher side. However, the portion sizes and quality of ingredients justify the cost to some extent. If you have an Allied Bank premium card, you’re in luck, as they offer decent discounts, making the experience more affordable. Service was also up to the mark, with friendly and attentive staff ensuring a smooth dining experience. One downside, however, is the parking situation at night—finding a spot can be quite challenging, so plan accordingly. Overall, this restaurant is a great choice if you’re looking for a premium dining experience with excellent ambiance, great service, and delicious food. While it is a bit pricey, the experience and quality make it worth visiting, especially if you can take advantage of the bank discounts.

Urban Kitchen is a modern, stylish spot known for its fusion of local and international flavours — and it truly lives up to the hype. I tried the filet mignon, and honestly, it was amazing — so tender, juicy, and full of flavour. You can tell it was cooked with care. The atmosphere was really nice too, modern and comfortable, and the staff was super friendly. Definitely coming back again. Highly recommended!
