I recently visited the center with my cat, and I couldn't be more impressed! I used their automated pet wash machine to give my cat, Cupcake, a refreshing bath. 🐱💦 To our surprise, the experience was super easy and stress-free for our little furball! (Even though he doesn’t really like water) The staff were incredible—they expertly groomed Cupcake while ensuring he felt comfortable and loved. ❤️🐾 A huge shoutout to the team for going that extra mile to care for our pets! If you're looking for a place that truly understands and loves your furry family members, look no further. Highly recommend! 🏆✨

Highly recommended!! Our little rescue friend was in a bad way with extremely matted and knotted hair. We came here and they did wonders! They took extra special care and he came out nicely groomed, happy and soft. They made several recommendations for his care that were also much appreciated. We are looking forward to our next visit. So, I don't usually leave reviews online, but I thought I'd add to the raving reviews about Urban LouLou Wellness Center! Absolutely fantastic, extraordinary staff, extremely knowledgeable and really took the time to help me get to know how to keep my cat's health at the tip top of my priority list. Which should be every pet parent's number one. I also felt super welcomed in the center with how easy to talk to and how friendly everyone was. There wasn't a moment where I felt I was being judged or condescended for a potential lack of knowledge, and the front desk is just as warm and friendly as the groomers :) everything was lightheaded and just really nice vibes all around. Also, side bar, everything is so well organized and tidy it almost felt like a vet's office. I was super surprised about the fact there was such a quick response time to any messages I sent- I really didn't expect it but was pleasantly surprised! Every question I had was answered promptly and, once again, knowledgeably with extra information always provided. Which is super helpful. My beautiful fur buddy came home smelling fresh and more importantly looking it :) I was recommended a new brush and some moose to help with his overproduction of fur so hopefully he can be in even better health than he is now. He slept on the way home, miraculously, which speakers volumes to the care and attention they give to our precious little ones. (Also also, he got a lot of compliments for being so well behaved which I take to heart for him haha).
