My boyfriend has curly hair, so I found Urban Philosophy while searching for salons with stylists who really understand how to cut curls. I am so glad I did, because this place is truly amazing. My boyfriend became a regular, and we happily go out of our way to come downtown for his appointments. Sandra and Elena in particular always do an incredible job on his hair and he gets compliments all the time. They consistently exceed our expectations, and he always leaves the salon feeling pampered and relaxed. If you have not tried this place yet, please do! I want them to be busy (just not so busy that we can’t book an appointment🤫).

I researched a lot about getting curly done in DT, but finally found this place. Loren is the best find!!!! He knows his way around curly hair. Listens to you and give you the best advice. Men with curly hair, you must def get your hair done once with him. Will def visit next time!!!!!

Amazing experience for over three years now! Sandra was professional and really listened to what I wanted. The salon is clean and welcoming, the staff were friendly and I left feeling great about my hair. Highly recommend!
