If I could give a 0 star I would The sign stated that it is five tanks and tees for $20 on the two racks and once I got to the cash they told me that half of the shirts I picked out were not part of the promotion, I showed them this photo of it CLEARLY stating they were 5 for $20 and they still said that it was not part of the promotion. Maybe if they had people organizing the store instead of sitting and talking to their friends this wouldn’t have happened. Needless to say I will never be going to urban planet again.

I went shopping for some more clothes in general. I didnt know how the deals work or even what i would look good in, an employee named max helped me out and i got some really comfy clothes.

I love this store so much it has such cute clothes and I have a shirt from there forever 21 section and it is so cute.

I recently visited this store and had a disappointing experience with the cashier. Her face was heavily pierced, which might appeal to some, but her unapproachable demeanor and refusal to greet customers made the atmosphere uncomfortable. She came across as rude and dismissive, leaving a negative impression. Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from this store.
