Urbane Transportation is the only transportation company that I will ever use when I come to Nashville. #1-Anthony, the owner, was honest about the cost and explained everything....no hidden fees.....no say one thing and do another. His word and actions matched 100% #2-The pick up and return trip was explained.....no, "I'm stuck in traffic, I'm 5 minutes away"....none of that occurred. The driver Vance was waiting on me before the plane door opened for me to get off my flight. On the return trip, the owner, Anthony was 15 minutes early for my ride back to the airport. I was hoping to get stuck in traffic because the conversation was just that good. So #3-I felt safe and comfortable the whole time I spent in the car, both leaving the airport for my hotel and when I returned back to the airport. I would tell anyone that is going to Nashville to use Urbane Transportation. I'll close with this request for information.....where else can you call and the company owner/ceo answers your call? That is how personal the experience is with Urbane Transportation!

I planned a corporate retreat in Nashville, TN and hired Urban for black car service for a group of 12. I used Urbane for all ground transportation needs over 2-days, between activities and to BNA airport. They showed up to the pickup locations 20-30 minutes ahead of schedule for each service. The drivers waited patiently for the group when the group ran late and were always safe and professional. Anthony is the owner and was very pleasant to work with. I'm glad I've found reliable corporate ground transportation for my executives while in the Nashville area. I highly recommend Urbane Transportation!
