We’ve been using Magna for years and have never had any issues. They always give us a heads up a few days before that our service is coming up and then we get a call when the technician is actually on the way. Makes things super easy and seamless. These last few times I have requested service either the technician lied about coming to my apartment or showing up without the materials to treat my apartment! Bring back the honest ppl that actually wanna do their job they are contracted to do! And Megan was very rude when I called in to report my experience today!
