100% recommend! Called to get a price estimate on a phone screen repair. Price was in line with other repair shops in the area. They were helpful and polite on the phone. Took my phone for the repair later in the afternoon. Again, very polite and courteous. Was told they could get the part in that day and have the repair done in a few hours. Repair was completed even earlier than estimated. Phone looks and works like brand new! If you're in need of phone repair in Covington, I highly recommend using this business.

I got my phone fixed by them a couple weeks back it had a few cracks in it & the camera was broken. they told me $150 to fix everything & I was like ok,after they replaced my screen they noticed the camera was broken & tried to charge an extra $40 to fix it which was very frustrating because they should’ve examined my phone before hand. The second I received my phone back I immediately noticed that me phone did not look the same as before. The products that were used to replace my screen were not apple certified. I opened my phone excited to use it for the first time in a while just for it to have a delayed reaction time when I touched the screen. I didnt mind at first but then it started getting extremely annoying. The screen was not applied correctly so now my phone has ink spots as well & is now glitching. I would not recommend going here because now i’m out another phone & a couple of bucks.
