Angela MorrisWonderful customer service and great prices! I'm local-ish so I emailed to ask if I could pick up my order from their warehouse to save some money on shipping. They responded that I could certainly do that and I placed my order according to their emailed instructions, but their shipping calculator actually had better rates than I had anticipated. Since I had already discussed pick up with them, I decided to continue with that instead of confusing things. I received an email minutes after placing my order saying that based on my address I used, it might actually be cheaper for me to ship than to pick up and left it up to me. Needless to say, I got it shipped and the package arrived the very next day--much faster than I would have been able to pick up anyways! I will definitely be buying from here from now on.
Rachel RizviBUYER BEWARE. I purchased a Epoxy Resin two gallon kit form this company three separate times. I was very happy with the quick shipping and the product until the third time I ordered this product. When I received the product everything seemed fine, I used about a third of it and put it in storage for a week or so. At that time I went back to use the rest of the product and discovered that the unused hardener had turned completely yellow. I sent an email to the company to tell them what happened and see if I could have the product replaced. All I got was complete radio silence. No one ever responded or tried to contact me. Be careful when ordering from this company, if you get a contaminated product you will get NO customer service and be out a large chunk of money.

I called looking for a 24 pound box of sculpey in time for my deadline on the first, and I got an email saying it was shipped less than an hour after we spoke. He even saved me some money by pointing me to the better shipping. Got 3x the product I would have ordering from creative wholesale, great prices all around. Excited for the product and will be using them again!
