03/21/25~~~~~>Appointment for 10:00am I arrived at 08:45am, Called at 10:26am for a door. Unloading actually wasn’t to bad they was finished unloading at 11:05am but I had to wait for the lumpers to count the product so ended up leaving at 14:00 🙁 (Dry Van Lumper fee was $217.00 Uber freight)

My appointment was 05:00am, i arrived at 04:00am. I entered through the narrow street. I parked front of the door. -- 05:09 the security guard knocked on my truck window. I step down from the truck and said "good morning" to the security guard while he was unlocking the main gate. He got made he said "go back inside your truck, he was very rude. He did say good morning to me. . -- 09:45am I am at Designated Door , still not received call. US food need to discipline its crew.

Hey, You have improve the delivery drivers. How to drive heavyweight truck. Im inside the bus route 9 north before the exist all the highway 2/24/25 at 3.15pm he middle lane stop and cut the exist to going parlin. All traffic stop and crazy drove the driver!!!

Waiting almost 2 hours for a single item pick up. I was told "just give us a minute" meanwhile people who have came after me have gotten their massive orders out and ready. I'm unsure if this is normal or if it's just a bad day but I won't be doing another pick up order again. Update: witnessed another person who was also waiting for 2 hours for 1 item, receive the wrong item and then storm out after. Not sure if I should keep waiting anymore. Update 2: Front desk lady is very kind and patient. Giving the people in the back hell for taking too long. Changing 1 star to 2 just cause she's looking out for people. Just need the crew in the back to hurry along.
