Messy - They drop screws and nails all over the road and do not pick them up. US Metal Roofing is currently reroofing a neighbor's house. I drove over a screw that was in the road on Friday evening. I heard the screw, turned around, and brought my car back to my house. I walked back to where the roofers had been parked on the road and found five nails also lying in the drive lane. When the roofers were back on Monday, I walked over to tell them what happened. While I was talking to them, I found another screw in the road. The worker told me that they don't use the type of screw that was in my tire and I should call Keith, the manager. I called Keith and left a voicemail. He promptly returned my call but denied any wrongdoing. He said his workers indicated that a dumpster had been removed from another house on the street and they think that it is more likely that somebody besides a roofer dropped a sheet metal screw in the road. He admitted that all the other six fasteners found in the road are from his workers. Updated: Keith is correct that he did not admit that the other fasteners were the ones his workers use. However, his worker did. As I mentioned to Keith, we do not know for certain who dropped the specific sheet metal screw in the road on my street on a day that he had several sheet metal workers working and parked on my street, but the most likely scenario is that his workers dropped this screw. This suspicion is bolstered by the fact that they also dropped at least six other fasteners in the road. Keith also does not know if other contractors were working on my street on Friday, which house they were at, or what work they were doing.

I love my new roof! These guys did an excellent job replacing an old corrugated metal roof over asphalt shingles with a beautiful new standing seam metal roof. The crew was fast, courteous, cleaned up after themselves, and clearly took pride in their work. Keith regularly communicated updates to me during the installation and sought clarification when appropriate. I am 110% satisfied with the result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or hire them again!

Do not go into buying a metal roof without doing your research. Understand the metal roofs are inherently more expensive. Don’t go for the cheapest or most inexpensive.From the time I contacted Bruce to when I actually got the roof installed was a one year process. Over that year I did a bunch of research, got a few quotes and considered the pricing. There was no pressure from the company or frequent calls or bothering me. Once they provided a quote, they were super responsive to any questions I had. I decided to go with Bruce and the company and they were awesome. From start to Finish the entire project was done professionally, quickly and on time. The crew that showed up that stripped the roof, and installed it were awesome. Not a trace of debris was left afterwards. The process was done efficiently. There were a few issues that I knew I needed addressed, including. The gutters and a skylight which were able to be fixed in real time. I can’t say how happy I am with the entire process with this company. My metal roof looks awesome, and my wife could not be happier. Having a metal roof makes our log home looking incredible. Like I said, do your research before you commit to one vendor. In the end, I could not be happier. I chose this company. They were awesome.

Not this company, Keith and his team were amazing. They helped answer any questions we had and were extremely professional during the whole process. They made sure to get every shingle and nail cleaned up and off our property. Our metal roof looks amazing. I love the look and I am very happy with the color we chose.
